Hello Mauricio,

How are you doing? I hope all is well. I just wanted to thank you for everything. You and your staff were absolutely amazing! Thank you for all of your hard work in making our time there so wonderful. I had the best time ever and so did all of our guests. Every day was perfect and especially on my wedding day... it turned out so beautifully and I owe a lot of that to you and your staff. I am sorry for any hassles or inconveniences that may have arisen, hopefully it was not too bad... Andy and I really appreciate everything you did for us and we would hate for you to have been bummed on "some" of our guests behaviors... but we all can only control so much. Again, thank you for everything, we hope to see you again soon. I love the hotel and what you have done, the setting is great, the hotel and view are amazing, the food was divine, and you and your staff were so kind and really did such a great job in dealing with everyone's needs and making the experience so wonderful. please tell everyone thank you from Andy and I. Oh and did I mention that the art work that was made with the towels were incredible!!! I mean she was making swans out of the towels, I could not believe it!!!!

Hard to believe that this time last week we were at your beautiful hotel enjoying life at its best. Once again Susan and I want to thank you and all your staff for making all the time we spent special. Every body that was at the wedding walked away from it feeling totally wonderful. So thanks again "for the last time" for everything you did and that you let us do to have such a special time.

I had the most tortuous experience getting there (7-9 July 2009), the airlines were all running amok. I arrived at 8.30pm, my friends were in the restaurant already, my drink was at my place at the table, and I was so happy I could have cried. Plus, there was a lunar eclipse that night. I was only there for 2 nights and one full day, I was so sad to leave. Everything I could have ever wanted was right there at your hotel, no reason to go anywhere! I will definitely come back, this was the most beautiful place I have ever stayed. AND, THE FOOD WAS AMAZING! The blackened shrimp with mango sauce, I wish I could have that everyday. Everyone working at the hotel was so very lovely and sweet. I have been telling everyone who will listen how wonderful the hotel is. Thank you for a great time.

Overall I thought the place was fantastic. I've been to Cabos 2 times before but this was by far the best place I have stayed at and would definately come back should I be back in Cabos.

Fantastic staff--each and every one. Everyone in the restaurant was awesome--I can't remember all their names...the hostess, the pool waitress, the waiters--all perfect. And the front desk staff--especially Jesus (since we dealt with him the most) wass superb. And of course the surf school--excellent instructors. Great job. the food is excellent - quality of staff service in Restaurant varies from excellent to poor - manu could be changed from time to time

We cannot say enough wonderful things about your hotel! Our son, Ryan got married at Cabo Surf on February 20 and it was an absolutely dream experience. Every one of our family and friends (even those who stayed at other resorts) had wonderful things to say about each and every aspect of the wonderful time they had. The rooms, service, restaurant, beach, surf school, the wedding and every other thing was absolutely excellent and we have been telling everyone to stay at Cabo Surf. Thank you very much for making Ryan and Lindsay's wedding a memorable occasion for us, our family and friends. We'll be back!

We had an enjoyable stay. A few things could have made our stay better:Bar service while at the pool.While the staff was very accommodating in moving us, the room we moved to had heavy traffic noise.

We had a very relaxing time at the Cabo Surf. We loved our room and it was nicely appointed. I would recommend some sort of club chair for sitting in. We stayed in a jr. suite, The large patio was a great place to enjoy the start and end of the day. We enjoyed eating at the palapa restaurant and appreciated the children's menu. We ordered room service several times and everything was wonderful. Staff was almost always friendly and helpful. Something to consider would be to upgrade the pull-out sofa bed because it would be very uncomfortable if a teenager or adult were to sleep on it. We would definitely come back to stay at Cabo Surf and will look into staying at other Baldarrama properties in the future. We are glad we chose to stay with you at the Cabo Surf Hotel.

comments: The past several times we have stayed at the Cabo Surf it has truly been amazing. The entire staff has gone out of their way to make our family feel like we are at home and we thank you for such wonderful hospitality. When we started working with Martha to plain our wedding at the Cabo Surf, she was more than helpful. Everything went perfectly and it was because of her hard work and perfection! We had no idea what to expect and even if we did it could not have come close to how enjoyable our stay was! Total bliss! We want to spend Christmas in Cabo now!!

Wonderful again! the service gets better every time we come...the beds weren't quite as comfortable, but the pillows were fabulous...the lounge chairs at the pool were a little too tight together..other than that, every thing was awesome..thanks again!

The hotel was wonderful. All of the staff were so friendly, accommodating, and helpful. We had a great stay and will not stay anywhere else in Cabo!
